This Picture is a quick sample in practice of using Paint.Net.
Paint.Net can be complicated at first but once you get used to it , its amazing.
It required layers so although the NME masthead and Trent Reznor are on the same page it was bought on two different layers at first to create whole page, if you try Paint.Net you will understand more of what i mean.
